Zip Lit — A Story in Ten Words

It is reputed that Ernest Hemingway won a bet by writing a short story that ran fewer than ten words:

For sale. Baby shoes. Never worn.

You have to admit, those six words have a lot of punch. Just for fun, I came up with my own zip lit:

Caught in our sheets, a lovely silver earring. Not mine.

I would love to read others. If you’re game, please add your own ten words or less in the comments. Have fun!

Treasured Moments

You know you’re aging well when you look back on your most treasured moments not with mourning but with gratitude.
