The Penmen Review is Southern New Hampshire University’s online journal for creative writers, featuring resource articles and spotlight interviews, as well as prose and poetry chosen by the editorial board from submitted work.

  1. Jean, I loved reading your interview. The questions were good, and your answers were as thoughtful as your writing, which I love! I really enjoyed reading about your process, and having a greater connection to your passion for writing. I have to tell you, I personally love the short story format; I think it takes tremendous precision, patience and rhythm to create the well put together, compact story! Always proud! ⭐️💕
